After my work for CA Spaces sticker trail was published I was contacted by Becci from Meanwood Street Art to design a map for their Media Box trail.
After correspondence with Becci I began to work on the designs.
Reflecting on experiences with CA Spaces I was more direct in terms of asking for what I needed from them, map with names and locations from a google map, as well as letting them know how many amendment rounds I could do for the price. Correspondance with Becci happened predominantly over Instagram as this is how she reached out to me.
Was later in correspondence with Leah from Meanwood over email after sending the designs over.
It was easier to communicate over email able to have a clear conversation and the formal email etiquette made it easier to request content from the team at Meanwood.
The experience of working for Meanwood Street Art was great, it was lovely to get to talk to more community based people in Leeds. I was able to take what I learnt from working with CA Spaces and apply it to this situation making the project run smoothly and more time effectively.
