3 STICKERS FOR LAUNCH
Finalised how the stickers will look, having the colours be consistent across all elements of sticker, this way I can choose a colour that doesn't clash with the illustration.
Contacted Kat and Soph to provide illustrations, Sarah's daughter also provided illustrations for the 3 sticker to be used in the launch.
INSTAGRAM POSTS
Sarah sent over text that should be included on individual squares to be posted on instagram.
Sent these over:
Also had the idea of producing countdown posts - mentioned to sarah.
Feedback:
Sarah sent over text that should be included on individual squares to be posted on instagram.
Be good to move entirely to squares then shareable in all places please. Could each square make reference in the circles to 1. Name of project (ls7 superstars) 2. Sticker trail 3. Ca spaces 4. Call out
Think you’ve done that on most already - so if says call out in text for example doesn’t need to say it on a circle too
I really like the photo one - if I send you a couple of photos if Ca spaces spots could you replace with those please?
- Also:
- Sarah liked the idea of having countdown posts.
- Need to make these in the style of the other images.
- Could do with being bold and bright to catch the attention of the audience when scrolling.
Will make these alterations to designs, and re-send.
Need to ask for images of Chapel Allerton to include on the photo images, then can work on these.
INSTAGRAM STORIES
I felt like it would be nice to include the images of what the stickers would look like when the launch happens

Feedback:
- Have everything square so it can be used on stories but also on facebook and instagram feed.

CORRECTIONS:

Application Form
- Designed with new text, some alterations had to be made to the lines but the overall appearance works well. - Gave to my mother to read and see if she found it easy to follow, no problems, understood the concept and how to contribute. |
 |
Call out 1
- Starts with the name of the project, has 'who is your superstar' within the body text. - Looks rather text heavy so made another version that could be used for email or areas where audience's attention span is lower (see below). |
 |
Call out 2
- 'Call Out' as title, grabs attention. - Has 'who is your superstar?' in the title to keep it out of the body text. - Feel this version is less visually agressive so might be more likely to be read by passersby or if attention span isn't as high. |

| Countdown 1 |
 |
| Countdown 2 |
 |
| Countdown 3 |
 |
| Countdown 4 |
- Countdowns are bold and bright to catch the eye of the audience when scrolling on social media.
- Would work as encouragement to get people nominating and can be accompanied by any links in the caption of the post to facilitate an easy nomination.

- Posts with titles so they can be uploaded individually and still be understood by the audience.
- 'Call Out' to grab the audience's attention.
- The 4 key pieces of information are included on every post
1. Call out
2. Name
3. CA spaces
4. Sticker trail

- Social media posts without title, this means you can upload an album of pictures without them looking repetitive with the same title but able to be understood.
- Should be used with a post with the title as first image to ensure all 4 key pieces of information are included.
 |
Deadline Post
- Can be placed at any point to encourage individuals to take part. - Bright and bold but used less intimidating colours to prevent it looking aggressive (yellow really softens the tone). |

- Wide range of promo posts, these can be uploaded to social media at any time and in combination with any of the information posts.
- Wanted to provide a range to avoid the branding from looking repetitive.
- Having the photograph posts help the event look like it's taking place in real life and isn't just online. They also showcase LS7 in a beautiful light encouraging individuals to go out and participate once the event is going.
- Posts of stickers help bring the event to life and could encourage individuals to send in their nominations. |

- Example stickers, using illustrators name, making sure they get credit for the work.
- Use a range of shapes as background to help them fit in with the branding and be more representative of how they'd work when taking place.
- Also allows social media posts saying 'look out for these' when it comes to production.
 |
Stickers
- Wide range of stickers that can be made to accompany the sticker hunt stickers, these include 'ca spaces' on them so individuals can link the stickers back to their instagram even if they don't know what the event is. - The stickers on all the ephemera above can be printed as stickers also and used in the same way. |

- COVID stickers to be placed around the sticker trail, large text as unsure on size.
- Will be making more stickers but need the information from Sarah to ensure the designs are correct.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
- Social media posts go up
- Design nomination stickers as they come in (Sarah will be forwarding the information to me)
- Work on covid stickers to develop one or two more
- Make all stickers on files to be sent to printer and pass over to Sarah
- Design map for sticker trail once area is chosen
- Once project is up and running take photos and document
