(B10) Curate.TV: Feedback

Overall Feedback to all:

  • Present on a 16x9 deck
  • For campaigns all elements need to show what it's for or have a way for the audience to find out more about the campaign.
  • When designing decks make sure the layout is consistent, with a grid structure.
  • Make sure size of deck file is able to be viewed straight away, isn't too big it needs to be downloaded.
  • Adding in your own text (copy) is really good, shows you understand the brand, brief and that you're engaged with the brief. Never show Lorem ipsum.
  • Thinking about background colours on a deck, adding pacing etc.
Feedback on our Pitch:
  • Felt like it answered the brief and hit Curate's branding straight away.
  • "It's bang on Curate."
  • Likes the animated slides, felt these were fun, playful and interesting.
  • Could refine on the colours as the vibrance of the green with thin white text over the top is difficult to read.
  • Call to action at the end of the instagram slides is great, informs people more about the event.
Amber's Thoughts/Notes:
  • Think about how legibility and colour palette work together, need to bare in mind throughout future work.
  • You've got the work and then the design of the deck and how this is important also.
